ESCAPE TO ADVENTURE

Landmark’s Wilderness Programming is curated by an adventure concierge devoted to stoking you and your family’s spirit of adventure. Beyond the 3,000 acres that encompass your home’s immediate terrain, the endless expanse of Glacier National Park awaits. Over 700 miles of trails beckon year-round. The glory of snowshoeing and cross-country skiing around Lake MacDonald in winter gives way to hikes among the hallowed Hemlocks and exceptional rounds of mountain golf, each rivaling the other for most memorable moment at Whitefish.

Glacier National Park

Glacier National Park is a wilderness area 35 miles northeast of Whitefish, with glacier-carved peaks running to the Canadian border. The scenic Going-to-the-Sun Road bisects it. More than 700 miles of hiking trails offer the enthusiast outdoor activities including backpacking, cycling, and camping. Diverse wildlife ranges from mountain goats to grizzly bears.
